the staff at this resort are genuinely kind and helpful. i liked how clean everything was, from the lobby to my room. the location is convenient, a short drive to local attractions. i liked that it made getting around easy.

the wi-fi signal was a bit weak in certain areas of the resort, mostly near the beach.

the hotel has multiple dining options, including Veranda restaurant. it offers various cuisines and caters to different tastes, so i could sample local and international dishes, all were well-prepared and flavorful. the Cilantro offered lunch.

the staff members were attentive and quick to address requests. i found the front desk staff helpful. they assisted with directions and reservations. housekeeping was prompt, therefore i always had a clean room.

The resort had three pools, a private beach, and two gyms. There were also six restaurants available. The staff members were very kind (i am so thankful!). Breakfast included a wide selection of options.

The room, though spacious, showed neglect. I noticed mold in corners and blackened floors (not good). The poolside food came in paper containers, often cold. It felt more like fast food than luxury dining.

fabulous options convenient service airport arrangement

the breakfast options were fabulous. the shuttle service to Dubrovnik was very convenient. the staff arranged a taxi to the airport, something i appreciate.

the gym was a little too busy during peak hours.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean! reception staff were very nice and helpful. i loved the flowers. They are everywhere and so beautiful! there's a beautiful purple tree. It looks so so beautiful, but the view was amazing.
